About SBO

The State of Hawai‘i established the Small Business Initiative to develop policies to expand access to state contracting opportunities for small business, including those owned by Native Hawaiians, veterans, and women. The Small Business Office (SBO) was created to advance this effort by promoting the initiative and assisting businesses with navigating registration and procurement processes.
